Excellent! Freshy, healthy, and tasty food. I didn't get to pack lunch for work and needed something fast. I ordered delivery and got the Chicken Garden Bowl. I like veggies, and this bowl tasted exactly like something I would prepare for myself. Loved it!
Sooo yummy for such a great price. Vegetables super fresh. The rosemary balsamic vinaigrette was DELICIOUS. :)

I absolutely recommend ordering from here. I have autoimmune diseases in which I’ve had to make adjustments with what I eat (i.e., no dairy & gluten etc.) so I was excited to have some clean healthy and delicious options. Also, I’m horrible with meal prep so I just started ordering the simple bowls for my lunches for the week since I can’t eat most food that’s in the office. It’s given me one less thing to think about, especially with my food restrictions. A BIG bonus is the price!!!
I ordered through Uber eats today and I am blown away by my meal. I had the hearty braised pork bowl and it was so delicious. The price was incredible, 2 bowls for $15.99! Healthy fast food is hard to come by. I wish I lived closer so I could every day!
11/10 Consistent quality, this is the 3rd location I’ve been to and it tastes the same everywhere so far. I have food restrictions and I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate their food and options Vegan🥗 Keto 🥩 🍖 🍗 Grain free/Gluten Free Good greens🥬 Probiotic meal set up 🥘 I made an order right before closing the other night and unfortunately popped a tire otw and missed my pickup. They were cool and made up half my order the next day. Which was p cool Definitely a more chaotic location but runs smoothly 💜 and the food is 👍🏼 delicious .
I ordered the veggie simple bowl and a green smoothie and both were amazing. The prices are so good. I was sick with no appetite and this healthy and delicious food nourished me. I even got a handwritten note on my box thanking me by name. Love you guys. I would have taken pics of the food but I ate it too fast. P.S. any review that I saw as negative was related to third party delivery services. Ben’s should clearly have 5 stars according to these great reviews. Facts!
This place is heaven on earth if you want the most healthiest and delicious food this is the place it’s a bowl of heaven don’t believe me try it!!!! And if you are into fitness like me this is the place to go to prices are amazing and food isn’t compromised it’s high quality and amazingly delicious while heavenly healthy and wealthy with nutrition and vitamins. Let’s put it this way each bowl is a multi vitamin protein and balanced carb veggies everything hard to explain that’s how great it is!!!!!!
EDIT*: this place is probably my favorite health food place so far! It actually is healthy and there are not hidden seasonings or sugars or sauces. You eat what you see. It made me feel pretty light and energized after — You can taste the quality of the ingredients for sure. I got it doordashed to west side (further away) but it still came in pretty good presentation. I got the mixed chicken bowl and it really was authentically nutritious. I didn’t get any sauces with it because I wanted it to be clean. The portion size was decent, can be small if you’re starving but enough if you want just a lighter healthy lunch. The grains and greens were really fresh, the slow roasted chicken was tender and juicy. The vegetable mix in it was really good as well. Highly HIGHLY recommend if you’re into fitness and want affordable healthy meals — the price is also wicked good for what you get.
I ordered on door dash so I didn’t go inside the restaurant. But man! The food is amazing! You will not be disappointed. It is healthy, clean food that has a flavorful taste that is satisfying. I had the Chicken mixed bowl with a green smoothie. And also ordered and extra side of chicken because I like my protein. I snuck in a taste of the dark chocolate cashew pudding and it was delicious.
